The Users screen lets you setup users that can access your data file. This only applies if you turn on User login on the Program Settings screen.

Users

Users will be listed on the list on the left. When you select a users on the list, their details will be displayed in the fields on the right. You can then make changes and click the Save button.

To add a new user click the Add button. You must enter the First Name
, Last Name, Username, Password and User Level. The User Level lets you control the level of access each user will have. You can choose between Administrator, Normal User and Read Only User. An Administrator has full access to all parts of the program and is the only one who can add or edit users. A Normal User can do everything except edit or add users, perform data file maintenance and change program settings. Read Only users can only view and print information, they cannot add or edit any information.
