Print Preview

All reports and printouts like invoices and reports are displayed in a preview window outside of Plant Estimator before printing. This gives you a chance to view it before you print so you can make sure it is what you want to print.



See the image below for a description of the tool bar buttons.



Click the Save button to save the report as a PDF file on your computer. This is useful if you want to attach an invoice for example to an email to send to a customer. This will also allow you to open the report later outside of Plant Estimator.

Close the preview window to return to Plant Estimator.
