Monthly Calendar

This screen lets you view and manage your calendar in month view. This screen always opens to the current month.

If an entry has a "[C]" at the beginning, that means the entry is completed. If it has an "[O]", then it means it is overdue. These are only important if the entries are tasks that you need to carry out. If they are just notes, then you can ignore them.

You can move back and forth one month at a time using the MonthButtons buttons. or one year at a time using the YearButtons buttons. Click the Today button to return the current month with the current date selected.

If you double-click on a date, it will open the Daily View Calendar with and entries for that date listed.

To edit an entry, selected it and click the Edit Selected Entry
button.

To add a new entry, click on the date you want to add it for and click the Add New
button.

When you edit or add an entry, the screen changes to the one shown below.

You can change the Date
by click the Calendar_Button button to the right of the field.

You must enter a Subject
for the entry.

You can optionally add Notes
for the entry. If you need more room to add or edit notes, click the edit_listitem_button button to the right of the field. This will open a window like the one shown below.

Click the OK
button to save the notes or Cancel to close without saving.

You can optionally select a Time
for the entry from the drop-down list. The times are in 15 minute increments.

You can optionally link the entry to a Customer
.

You can set an entry to repeat by checking the Repeat
box. If you check this box, you must then enter a number in the Every field and choose an Interval from the drop-down list. The intervals are Days, Weeks, Months and Years. For example if you want it to repeat every 30 days, you would enter 30 in the Every field and select Days from the drop-down list.

You can mark and entry as completed by checking the Completed
box.

When you are finished adding or editing the entry, click the Save
button. Click the Cancel button to discard your changes.

Click the Delete
button to delete the entry.
